Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Make sure each piece is well-coated.
Cook the Chicken:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, add butter and let it melt.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic).
- If you like a tangy flavor, you can add lemon juice at this point.
Combine and Serve:
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
- Let it cook for another 1-2 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Serve the garlic butter chicken bites with rice, pasta, or a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
- You can also serve them as an appetizer with a dipping sauce of your choice.
